Green Commercial CentresThis programme supports the wider efforts of the Amber Valley Partnership to build a green and prosperous economy. The project offers grants to businesses to reduce the demand for energy and resources. It also offers grants to businesses to make environmental improvements to their shop fronts. The scheme is now in its final year and will be completed by March 2011.
Grants have assisted businesses to make significant improvements to their properties which in turn have contributed to the overall uplift of the town centres within Amber Valley.
The project has been awarded £187,440 by DEP.
