Glossop Business Centre
The project involved the conversion of a redundant dentist's surgery to provide high quality business accommodation in Glossop. The development has created seven new office units and a meeting room providing space for around 20 people to be employed at the site. The offices are aimed at start up businesses and are therefore letting on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms. The project aims to stimulate business growth in the town. The meeting space is used to hold meetings / business training to develop the business networks in the town.The project has been awarded £50,000 by DDEP.
