The project will refurbish 174 High Street West to create high quality business space to support seven small / start up businessesThe offices will be offered on 'easy in - easy out' terms and will be inclusive of bills. A meeting room will be available. Work is expected to be completed by August 2009.
The project has been awarded £50,000 by DDEP.
