Shirebrook Masterplan
Bolsover District Council appointed consultants to produce a series of site development briefs to take forward regeneration in Shirebrook. The development briefs will be used to provide detailed design guidance and outline financial and other constraints on key sites in order to stimulate interest from prospective developers.The project has been awarded £71,426 by DEP.
