Derby Rail Station Masterplan
The project will produce a masterplan for the station area of Derby, to include the existing station buildings, current car parks (and area surrounding the South car park) and the block of commercial buildings opposite the main station entrance on Midland Place (including Aston Court Hotel and Bubbles Spa).The report will make deliverable recommendations to regenerate the area around the station along with improvements to the station itself and create a number of options to progress works.
The project has been awarded £89,300 by DDEP.
