Heanor Masterplan
The project will involve the commissioning and production of a regeneration masterplan for Heanor. This will incorporate a series of development briefs for specific sites where there is potential for re-use, re-development or new development within the context of an overall masterplan. The project will address the long-standing need for holistic regeneration in Heanor, which has suffered from economic decline in recent years.The project will ensure the most efficient and effective use of key sites in the area. This project will provide a holistic vision for the future of Heanor, promoting integrated development and making the town attractive for inward investment.
