Ashbourne Partnership
The University of Derby, acting as accountable body for the Ashbourne Town Partnership has received funding to finance a part time post and administrative support to undertake the work of the partnership and co-ordinate the implementation of its to-be-updated action plan. The post of partnership manager is "hosted" by the university and the office facilities are provided by the Derbyshire Dales District Council. The partnership manager has the objective to promote the town and the work of the partnership, to raise the profile of Ashbourne and its surronding area as a tourist destination, whilst stimulating a stronger local economy which will be more competitive to be able to make an increased contribution to the wealth and prosperity of the Town, the district and the sub region.Latest News & Events
