Parsley Hay Visitors Centre

The new visitor facilities at Parsley Hay, one of the key gateways to the Peak District, were officially launched on the 17th July 2006.

The new facilities are equipped with an expanded information point, refreshment kiosk and toilets. The cycle hire facilities at the site have also been upgraded not only offering more bikes, but also those built for disabled users.
Funding from the DDEP Rural Action Zone alongside ERDF Objective 2 and Peak District National Park Authority has paid for the building to be completely demolished and rebuilt. The facilities are now able to showcase what's on offer in the surrounding trails and local attractions, as well as the wealth of archaeological sites and villages in and around the White Peak landscape.
