The Derby and Derbyshire Economic Partnership Board will stay in place until the Company, limited by guarantee, is formally wound up and closed. The work of the DDEP has transferred to the Derbyshire Economic Partnership with Derbyshire County Council as its accountable body. Kevin Edwards, DDEP's Chief Executive from October 2007, will stay with the company to over see its closure as will DDEP's Corporate Governance Group.
