EU rural development after 2013 - a short guide to the European Commissions proposals
In light of the needs, challenges and opportunities that still exist throughout Member States'''' rural areas, the European Commission has developed proposals for the operation of rural development proposals for the operation of rural development policy from 2014 to 2020. The process of developing this new EU rural development policy has been supported by a major public debate on the future of the CAP. This document is a short guide to those proposals.
