Expansion of a farm based micro business through conversion of existing agricultural buildings into industrial units.
The project will re-roof and convert 3,690 sq ft of a current agricultural building which is no longer used for livestock, into two industrial/workshop units and will erect a new open faced building for use as a muck store for JPR Farm Direct owned by the applicant.
This project, when complete, will provide two excellent quality units, one 1,440 sq ft and one 2,250 sq ft, at affordable prices, for local businesses who are looking for additional space or potentially units for start-up businesses. The erection of the new building will create a purpose built muck store for JPR Farm Direct.
