Vicarage Farm Leader case study.
Conversion and adaption of an existing unused stable block to high quality, fully accessible holiday accommodation for children and adults with severe and complex disabilities, their families and carers in Wheston. The cottage will sleep up to four people in two en-suite bedrooms.
The Local Development Strategy identifies a need for this type of accommodation within the area, as there is currently limited supply. The cost of equipping specialist accommodation is higher than average and the grant investment will enable the project to proceed.
