High Croft Venison
A new venison processing unit which will enable the processing of whole deer carcasses, skin and chill, hang to mature, butcher, pack and sell on as steak, burgers and sausages.
The business will sell to local pubs, restaurants, butchers and farm shops and retail direct to the public at farmers markets across the county and agricultural shows.
The unit will be fully equipped with cold storage and butchery equipment and be based at Turnditch.
