Rowson House Farm accessible tourism unit
The project aimed to convert a derelict barn into accessible self-catering holiday accommodation.
The grant funding was used to provide the under floor heating, log burner and stone flags for both the interior flooring and the outside amenity space.
The grant helped to build a holiday unit with level access, low energy heating and lighting with a high standard of finish.
When the project started the business did not anticipate the demand for accommodation and predicted a much lower occupation rate than achieved.
Leader grant £15,000.
